Welcome to Rich Aunties Esthetics! Each of our home fragrance and décor pieces is handcrafted with care in Cape Town, South Africa. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 - 5 business days. Because our products are handcrafted, a little extra time ensures the quality you deserve. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, complete with tracking info.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
We currently offer the following shipping options:
We offer nationwide shipping via reliable couriers.
Standard delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Complimentary shipping on orders over R850!

Deliveries under R850 are subject to a R99 delivery charge. 

3. Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is dispatched.

4. Delays
While we do our best to ship on time, occasional delays (due to load shedding, high order volumes, or courier issues) may happen. We appreciate your patience and promise to keep you informed every step of the way.
